Our #1 Care Workers

At Care Live Smile, our exceptional workforce is our number one priority. After all, we know that when they feel 100% supported and encouraged in their roles, they’ll provide outstanding service to the people that they care for.

Our dedicated team of Care Workers have all been rigorously screened and have undertaken Police Checks and completed First Aid certificates. Many have additional qualifications in the areas of aged and disability care, nursing and home and community care services. They are available on a casual, part-time and ongoing basis.

Exceptional care, right from the start

All of our team members undergo a rigorous screening and selection process when registering with Care Live Smile. Along with their Police Check and First Aid Certificate, many have also attained nursing, or aged, disability and community health qualifications and experience.

Formal and legislative requirements are really important to us, but we know it’s personal attributes that make our Care Workers so good at what they do: a caring and positive nature, knowledge of the impact that their work can have on others, and most of all - a big smile.
